Text messages from Trusted Landscaping

How you come to receive a text from us

There are exactly two ways, and both start with you.

• You request an estimate on this website. The “Request free estimate” form asks for your name, your phone number and the property address. Directly beneath the button that submits it, the form states that by submitting it you agree we may call or text you about your estimate at that number, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Submitting the form is the agreement.
• You call us and we cannot pick up. If your call to our business number rings out because we are on a job, we send one automatic reply to the number you called from, so you can tell us what you need without having to ring again. Your own call to the business is the consent, and that single message names the business and tells you how to stop.

We never text a number that has not done one of those two things. We do not buy, rent or upload phone lists, and we do not send marketing texts.

What the messages say

They are about your enquiry and nothing else: answering a question, arranging a time to come and look, or letting you know we are on the way. A person writes the replies. The only automatic message is the one after a call we missed, and it reads:

This is Trusted Landscaping, sorry we missed your call. What can we help you with? Reply here and we will get right back to you. Reply STOP to opt out.

Frequency, cost and stopping

• Message frequency varies. One message after a call we miss, then only the back and forth of a conversation you continue.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you for text messages.
• Reply STOP to any message and you will not receive another. Reply HELP for help, or call us on (248) 988-3014.
• Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to call us, or the work you have booked.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
