Text messages from Trusted Landscaping

How you come to receive a text from us

There is exactly one way, it is optional, and it starts with you.

On this website you click Request free estimate, which opens a form asking for your name, your phone number and the property address. Above the submit button there is a tick box, and it is empty until you tick it. It reads:

Optional: text me about my estimate. By ticking this box you agree to receive text messages from Trusted Landscaping about your estimate at the number above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms. You do not have to tick this to request an estimate.

Ticking that box is the consent. Leaving it alone is not: you still get your estimate, and we call you instead. Consent to texts is never a condition of getting a quote or of any work we do.

We never text a number that has not ticked that box. We do not buy, rent or upload phone lists, and we do not send marketing texts.

What the messages say

They are about your enquiry and nothing else: answering a question, arranging a time to come and look, or letting you know we are on the way. A person writes every one of them. There is no autoresponder and no marketing list. The first message you get will read something like:

Trusted Landscaping here, thanks for your estimate request. We can come out Thursday morning to look at the front beds. Does that work for you? Reply STOP to opt out.

Frequency, cost and stopping

• Message frequency varies. Only the back and forth of a conversation about your own estimate, for as long as you continue it.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you for text messages.
• Reply STOP to any message and you will not receive another. Reply HELP for help, or call us on (248) 988-3014.
• Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to call us, or the work you have booked.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information
